I am very thankful to have wise(p) to connect my Yoga meditation experience to the concepts of this book. So far I used the meditation rather without knowing exactly what it genuinely was about. I just used it as relaxation to tranquilize my body and mind. And I have a better mien of communicating what Ive done before but I couldnt explain it really because I didnt know.

clear-sighted where Im at in this process and being aware of the tools, mentioned in this book, I will also be able to move on with my practice and advance. And with time I might be able to resolve my problems and eventually conk who I would like to be, which would be an accepting me.
