Communication and Collaboration Strategy
efficient communication and collaboration among individuals with varying genius types and learning styles is achievable. For this assertion to be accurate, one must consider the dominant characteristics of to each one nature type while using the collaboration techniques that relegate the maximum return for each learning style. Within the personality spectrum, there are four personality categories (a) thinker, (b) donor, (c) organizer, and (d) adventurer. In addition, characteristics of a giver include (a) cultivating the potential of themselves and others, (b) negotiation, (c) openness, (d) helping others, and (e) maintaining close relationships (Carter, Kravits, Bishop, & Block, 2007). A giver thrives while studying with others and helping them learn (Bishop, 2007). In a group setting, the giver personality brings the greatest benefit facilitating a group discussion, learning from information taught to others, and satisfying a desire to think the information given is valuable to the group.
