Abstract
Education is the backbone of a human society makes an individual a life recollective learner not focussing on learning notwithstanding good formations in every respect . It lays the foundation for uplift and continuance of a balanced system in the human society . In this article the writer has focused on the present issued observed in the educational system same(p) bicycle distribution , mid-day meal system in the groom education and inconsistent rules and regulations for selecting faculty , curriculum preparation and evaluation system by undermining the viva performance of the candidates in their excerption at the tertiary train of education . However, teaching is the noblest traffic in this cosmos for which teacher is recognised as Brahma, Bishnu and Maheswar in the society . For this, teaching should be accepted by the teachers as a mission then a profession for which reforms in educational system is sought for , otherwise the teachers teaching with pietistic zeal and interest will suffer a sess and also the teaching community .
