Francisco Goya 1746-1828
A Spanish painter Francisco Goya was a man of many talents that came a long fashion from where he began his feel. He was born(p) March 30 1746 to a family that was lower middle class. He watched his father spend his whole life trying to bet his way up the ranks to a higher rank in society just to die without even a give because he had nothing to give. Francisco found a way to survey where his father had failed by using his skill as a painter to move up not only financially but also in society. He was considered one on the most important artist of the late eighteenth and early on nineteenth century. Goya had a way of mental picture a pick up to give the person what they wanted but also to put in a little of himself also into it. During his life he endured both major illnesses. The illnesses almost killed him but he survived, but it did fall in him deaf later it was discovered that him loosening his hearing was caused by the lead that was in the paint he used on an everyday basis. After the life changing events of almost losing his life his depictions were forever changed they became much more serious. But he neer gave up his rut for painting or lost his passion for art which he kept going strong until his remainder April 16, 1828 at the age of 82.
He was thought to be the low gear modern painter choosing to paint things that never had been multicoloured the way that he painted them. Also painting things that were never painted before or not publicly at least. He also influenced other great painters such as Monet, Gericault, Delacroix, Courbet, Daumier. This express shows only a piece of what Goya did during his career and that is his time he spent painting the Duchess of Alba and the stories around them.
