We all piled into the Ford Explorer and furled leisurely out of our driveway. With grandma in the passenger throne and aunt Jessica behind the wheel, the front of the car was up with fervour for our trip to New York. I sat quietly in the middle of the back seat, fluent excited approximately the note yet dreading the long weary trip that I was to encounter.
