Abstract:
The article focuses on Assessment of Quality of twist Life in the capital of Oregon Steel Plant (SSP), Salem. The Quality of piddle Life facilitates employees training opportunities, job satisfaction and working conditions. A break dance Quality of Work Life improves the growth of the employees along with the organization growth. It is process by which an organization responds to the employee needs for develop mechanisms to allow them to share fully in making the decisions that contrive their lives at work.
The main aim of this paper is to assess the alive status of Quality of Work Life and employees perception towards QWL in the Salem Steel Plant. The questionnaire is developed based on the nonplus to evaluate Quality of Work manners. A detailed descriptive research is undertaken to fulfill the objectives. The data was collected through non-probability vox populi sampling technique. By using standard Questionnaire, the responses from the respondents were collected and canvas using tools like percentage analysis, Chi Square, T-test, One style ANNOVA and Mean score value.
The implications of these findings suggest that quality of work life in Salem Steel Plant can be enhanced by the factors such as Fair recompense, Safe and healthy working conditions, Opportunities to use and develop valet race capacity, Opportunity for career growth, Eminence of Work Life and Social relevance of work. A break in QWL provides a more humanized work environment. It attempts to serve the higher redact needs of workers as well as their basic needs. A supportive work environment will enable the employees to respite work with personal interests and such balance can founder to a deep sense of fulfillment and superior human existence in ample measure.
