Many of the amendments concern individuals beneficial and liberties. under many of the amendments we as the people are protected from the goernment. Who complete what it would be for us, if the government have all the power to chink our lives and they can determination power however they like. I hypothesize that our founding father did great job with the penning of the unify States, they make sure the power of the government is not over the control. The fifth amendment of the United States constitutions give an individual right from universe prosecuted in two ways for substantially on the crime. When the jury is sworn, the defendant is shake off in what is call jeopardy. According to the fifth amendment of the united nation constitution it is prohibits to charge a person a twice with the same crime. The goal of double jeopardy is to protect defendants from cosmos retrials after being charge with the same case before.
