Nowadays, chumps ar known as one of the most inborn essence to consuming products. According to James (1890), Humans are the sum of all their possessions. Consumers main objective is being served what the brand promises to serve. This essay will briefly yet clearly beg off how my brands can be linked to Susan Fourniers relationships with brands that were mentioned in her article. Furthermore, I will include theories and meanings to get a clear intellection about the content of my essay.
The meaning consumers have about original brands can vary from time to time. One of the main reasons a consumer would change his positive idea of a brand to a negative one could be caused by the decrease in value of the brand. It can as well change due to competitor from a better brand. For example, a consumer that drinks Coca-Cola may switch to crapulence Pepsi because Pepsi started a better campaign that outstand Coca-Colas campaign. This varies from one consumer to another. In (1998), Susan Fournier wrote an article known as Consumers and Their Brands: Developing Relationship scheme in Consumer Research. This article mentioned 15 relationships and how consumers link those relationships to the brands they use or favor.
The first brand I will be discussing in my essay are Johnsons care products.



They have been offering their products for over 120 years starting from baby care, skin care, bull care and pharmaceutical products. My mother used Johnsons care products as a child, adolescent and as an adult. As a teenager it is very likely for me to experiment with different products. However, when it came to my skin care, Johnsons was my heel one option. I use their products on daily basis.
As mentioned in the previous paragraph, my mother is the person that influenced me greatly since I was a child to use Johnsons products. However, I also began to notice that the majority of my friends used Johnsons products too.
