Assignment (OPTION 1): - Public Perception of Engineers Inter deliberate a maestro of your choice, other than an engineer, on the topic: Public perception of Engineers and victorism and moral philosophy. The objectives should generally be as follows: 1) experience the level of maintain and trust given to engineers by members of other professions, and the factors (experiences, impressions etc.) that helped form that opinion. The antonymous part of this objective is to suggest ways that engineers, both each and as a group, might change the publics impressions in a positive direction (i.e. more respect, trust). 2) Determine whether a regulation of ethics or code of demeanour influences their behaviour, both originally and personally. What are their responsibilities towards the public? What is the potential bear on of mistakes or incompetence within their profession? What types of ethical or moral issues drop they experienced or typically adjoin their profession?
Note: The pro must be somebody you would generally class as a learned professional, although they need not necessarily be a member of a self-regulating profession.
