Personal Crimes Analysis
This assignment depart present an analysis of personal crimes. It will identify and mend the
polar types of homicide. Furthermore, the assignment will focus on explaining how to each one type
of homicide is associated to other forms of personal crimes. It will identify and denounce
between assault, battery, mayhem, rape, and statutory rape.
First, it is important to define homicide and classify its divergent types. According to
chapter seven of our text, Homicide is the killing of a human universe by another human being.
Homicide is classified into three different types; justifiable homicide, excusable
homicide, and brutal homicide. Justifiable homicide involves those acts of killing permitted,
nether(a) the law, such as state-ordered execution, or military killing in the line of duty. Although
self-defense may be classified under this criteria it is most often considered an excusable
homicide. An excusable homicide is defined as a homicide involving some fault, but not enough
