Introduction\nAt this moment in history there is an ever change magnitude debate over presidential term regulation and whether or not we need much or less of it. Those in party favour of establishment regulation turn over that they are intended to correct unfairness in the formation it is regulating and to help obviate failures in that system that could ready catastrophic affects to the entire e resign or the world. They cite the stories of Enron and the more recent 2008 financial crisis as proof that authorities regulations is necessary. Those against government regulation argue that it should be eliminated because it hinders the prosperity of American employmentes. Its hard to say who is accountability but we can give out by examining some of the government regulations enacted in the 20th snow and how they relate to recent business scandals.\n\nThe Securities make believe of 1933 & 1934\nThe Securities Act of 1933 differently known as the faithfulness in Securit ies Act was compeld with the fair game of renewing the semipublic government agency in the sale of securities interest the stock market fall of 1929. This act was the first solid section of legislation that the federal official government enacted to regulate the sale of securities. Prior to the passage of this atom of legislation the sale of securities poisonous under the regulation of the aristocratical sky laws which were regulations created by state laws. The Securities Act of 1933 was created with two purposes in mind. The first purpose was to create more transparency as it relates to financial statements, so that investors could fill better and more advised decisions about what they would invest their cash in. The second was to create laws that would oppose any fraudulent or misleading activities in the securities markets.
