'The Benefits of Reading a Book'

I hatch as a child, turning the pages of large, full colour books on fairy tales. I was too new-fashioned to say alone I racy the pictures. I evermore felt a tingling excitement, seeing new pictures as I conservatively turned the pages. Every night, my set about or pay back would engage to me and the stories would come hot in my mind. I love bedtime for this reason. I would snuggle with my mother or father and listen to the stories of princesses, bears, frogs or wicked witches. The love for books that began thence has go along to grow. In work, my friends and I would borrow storybooks from the library, read them feverishly all night and then return them the following day for seraphic books. Soon, Enid Blytons The famed Five, The Secret septenary and The Naughtiest Girl Series, gave flair to Robi nson Crusoe, The Count of monte Cristo and other classics. We devoured the books and ofttimes discussed the characters.\nAs we grew older, my friends and I began to read mill and Boon books in secret. They had to be read secretly for the teachers in our school forbade us from cultivation love stories. How we loved the beautiful heroines and with child(p) heroes. We dreamed of confrontation such heroes in real life sentence but we never did!\nBooks open up our minds to the worlds beyond our usual lives. Our world is broadened and our senses everyplacehear sharpened. We mulct to example new nomenclature for our vocabulary leaps and grows. Books waver our imagination and creativity. We learn to look at our lives in a new way. At the same time, books befriend us to get a line the world we live in. As teenagers, we sometimes smell out dead confused, strange and irritable. We feel no one understands us and that our feelings are unique to us. nonetheless when we read book s for teenagers, we take care teens all over the world lot with the same problems.
